Really cozy stay at the Skiway Lodge. We stayed in room 2 on the third floor. The room has all the necessary amenities - microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, iron, fan and TV. The shower has good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. My biggest complaint here was that the walls were very thin and you could here other conversations clearly and people getting up and coming and going at all hours. The water pipes are pretty old and are loud too. I would recommend staying here. Much more reasonably priced than most places in Breckenridge. It's only a few minutes drive to downtown Breckenridge too. Also, the hot tubs are closed currently due to COVID.

Fantastic establishment for a low maintenance traveler.nnEmphasis on low maintenance.. the hotel does not have luxuries like extra utensils and the front desk is not consistently staffed (I did not see anyone there throughout my 4 night stay)nnHowever, we had great service. We needed a wine opener one night and our room didn’t have one. We called the owner, and he immediately drove down to drop it off!nnThe place is definitely ski-out. You can take the trails and ski right to the back door! Ski-in is a little more tricky in that you have to ski down and walk to the gondola (which is free btw, but get there early).nnI would definitely stay again!

One of the few places that allows for single night stays. Very clean and while it was a self serve check in, it was easy to do and well organized.

Horrible service for the price paid. Check-in was a envelope taped to the door to be picked up between 2:30-3. No staff at the lodge. We needed some plastic utensils because the takeout we ordered forgot to include them, the manager’s attitude was deplorable when I called to ask if they had anything we could use, absolutely no help. Get reached to pack your luggage upstairs. No use of hot tubs because of “Covid”. They have a lot of Covid reasons (excuses) for not having cleaning staff at the lodge. Charged extra for cleaning because we only stayed one night. Didn’t see a single person, no one checked to make sure we checked in okay or if there was anything we needed. Definitely will not be back

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Skiway Lodge. When we arrived, our keys were in an envelope taped to the front door with instructions on how to enter the building and our room. Great common area on the 2nd floor and easy ski access. Our room was clean and cozy. We got a little hot on the first night but our room had a stand up fan and we opened a window to let the cooler air in. If we're ever back in the area, we will stay again.
