Hotel at first is beautiful, rustic and if you have the Mountain View room beautiful. We personally felt the hotel was over priced. $235 and floors are wooden so you hear everyone above you walking, walls are pretty thin so you hear your neighbors and the rooms are smaller in person than what pictures make it seem. Bathroom is very small. Bed is comfortable! Just feel very over priced for how loud it was when we wanted just a get away for my husband and self.nnAdditionally they have a restaurant and spa on site. Board up front says restaurant open from 4-9. When we arrived it was closed. Very disappointing after a long drive in and wanting to sit, relax and enjoy the views. Not too sure we will return to this location. Sad because the views are amazing but the other things just aren’t worth the price.

The views from the mountain view rooms are really amazing, and worth the upgrade if you're going to spend any time in the room.nWe stayed in two different rooms (upgraded for the second night) and both were noisy enough that we were woken up several times - although we were trying to sleep in during peak ski season so maybe we were overly optimistic.nThe lodge and restaurant staff were all very friendly and accommodating.nWe didn't do any hiking or skiing this trip but the location seems fairly convenient, short drives to various attractions or Main St.nNot sure we'd stay here again unless we planned on waking up early and/or wanted to bring a pet, but the location really is very pretty.

Room had a great view, but there were a few wonky things about it. The toilet constantly messed up and wouldn't refill, we had no toilet paper when first arrivig, the heater looked old and disgusting, one of the windows was broken and wouldn't stay open, the tub wouldn't drain all the way, and they didn't maintain the parking lot well in terms of ice and snow.nnHowever, there were nice things too. As I said, the view was spectacular. The room had a fireplace which was really enjoyable, they are dog friendly so it was great to be able to bring our pets. The restaurant and spa were phenomenal as well!nnLastly, it is rather out of the way compared to the rest of the town, so you either have to drive or take the bus to go anywhere at all. If you're looking for a quiet, private getaway and not too interested in the touristy side of Breckenridge, this is an excellent choice. If you're looking for a busy day to enjoy the activities and things Breckenridge has to offer, I would look at another place more in town.

The view was amazing. Beyond amazing. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Awesome location. Also the price was fantastic. Service was great.

We had such a great stay here! The front desk was so accommodating and welcoming. Our dogs had a fantastic time being able to relax with us after a full day. The room service was impeccable and food was delicious. Thank you for making our short stay memorable, we will be back!
