Been traveling to various areas snowboarding and this is the most dirty place we stayed at. Nothing is wiped down or cleaned, glad to be checking out of here. It’s very run down and nasty. My college dorm was far better. Shower water was alternating hot/cold as well. ud83eudd75ud83eudd75
The hotel was well-kept, excellent cleanliness and wonderful comfortable beds, the views were amazing. We stayed here 5 days and it was a pleasure stay for us. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. It was perfect for our ski vacation.
I hope that the new management gets things together because we’ve stayed here in the past and love that they have rooms that fit our whole family of 6. But right now they seem severely understaffed, housekeeping seems non existent, and the property needs major updates. The ceiling is out in the elevator, there is no fire hose in the hall (just an empty box where it should be), the hall carpets need vacuuming, paint is chipping, dresser drawers are broken and I could go on. The disappointment with our stay has nothing to do with the lack of amenities - but everything to do with seeing that this property has not been kept up, yet they are still charging the same rates. We won’t return unless we hear that major renovations have happened.
I've stayed here in the past. It was fine and reasonably priced. However, I've noticed that it's been closed for a few months. This hotel is no longer listed on Wyndham's website (Wyndham is the Baymont brand owner).
