I had the pleasure of staying here over Labor Day weekend. Despite the place showing it's age a bit; I found it to be a wonderful place to stay. I found the staff, Paige I believe, to be pleasant, professional, and proactive. I noticed her provide assistance for other guests before they even knew they needed it. They supplied a limited selection of complimentary beverages and snacks. Although limited in selection, their quality and availability was more than adequate. Lastly, it's on Main St., at competitive price.nThere were just a couple negatives on this trip. First, I think the televisions are due for an upgrade to smart TVs. Secondly, I would love to see the addition of in room AC units. It would be nice on the hotter summer nights. At some point in the evening, I noticed a somewhat loud crash from a room nearby. It sounded as if someone dropped something on the floor. I'm guessing it was a fan as it was being adjusted in the window. It isn't a big deal but, that wouldn't happen with AC units.nAll things considered, it was worth it. I intend on utilizing Hotel Frisco many more times in the future.
The staff at the Hotel Frisco was incredibly nice and welcoming. However, everything about the room was not. There was a lot of dust, and everything (furniture, floors, molding, curtains, etc.) was pretty worn out and beat up. Towels and sheets, even if cleaned, were stained. Our room was also underneath the stairs and it was quite loud when anyone above walked around. There was also a large storage closet in our room, and the door could not be closed. Inside the closet, was a giant hole with access to u ded the stairs. Weird.nIt is in a great location, but the hotel leaves much to be desired, especially for the price tag.
Vanessa! Vanessa! I have to comenTo the area every few weeks and I will only stay here going forward because of the service! Seriously. Vanessa upgraded us and set me up for future visits to accommodate our family. You cannot beat her customer service, small town feel of the hotel, and comfort. I’m a lifer and member. Thank you Vanessa for being is accommodating.
It was a cool experience nothing bad ( Megan ) the front desk clerk was very awesome and friendly , she made you feel at home I would recommend this place to whoever is looking for a nice warm and friendly place to stay !!! ud83dudcafud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
Poor customer service. Room had no Kleenex, no shower curtain, mini bar was empty. Did not receive our complementary free drinks. Will not stay here again. 400.00 per night. Service was less than Motel 6.
