We were only able to stay a little over two hours (we checked in at 3 pm) due to our son having extreme altitude sickness and his o2 dropping into the 60’s. I explained to the desk clerk and she said “I can’t give you any kind of refund, everybody gets sick here it’s coming.” We figured we would just cut the loss and move on because we had to get him to lower altitude. We got to the car and realized my husbands oakley sunglasses had fallen off of his hat. My son ran in to ask them to go get them and they went in the room first and then claimed they weren’t there. So my husband knowing where they were insisted we go inside the room to look. The lady walked him in the room and “helped” him look. They were nowhere to be found. He hoped one of the kids grabbed them and don’t realize it. We got home and unpacked and unfortunately that was not the case. They had to have picked up his sunglasses, there is no other explanation. The lady at the desk was rude from the very second we checked in.
I stayed there with 3 of our kids and I really liked the place, it was clean comfortable and close to the hills and the town of Frisco. Only issue was WiFi, it was very slow and unreliable. With my kids virtual learning this was rough for their evenings studying. We talked to the front desk about it and they mentioned they reset the router. IMO, they may want to contact their internet provider. I'd definitely stay there again.
Solid and cheep. The lobby smelt a little funky but other than that it was great. Bring your own shower product.
Great location for groups. Clean rooms and very affordable
I love this place! I've been staying here for years. The owners are very nice and accommodating.
