Simple, but clean. Room was very small- but I arrived at 9pm and left at 630am so that was not a concern.nnComfortable pillows, great water pressure and a very helpful person at check in.
Frisco location was the best as close to all shopping and near I 70 for easy on and easy off location stay as well as great parking for moving a Uhaul and having ease of pulling in and pulling out the next morning to be on our way. Ramada was extremely clean and quiet and the queen bed we slept in was super comfortable and the four 4 pillows made the night sleep the best after a long day of travel and being on the road and the water in the shower was hot and good pressure and was wonderful!
Terrible customer service. Right off the bat the front desk guy was rude, seem to not care about his job, and even yelled at us when we were just wanting to talk about the prices of the rooms. No breakfast at all not even coffee. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I do not recommend this place at all.
I was stranded by a snowstorm that unexpectedly closed I-70 as I was making my way home to Denver. I waited a couple of hours thinking it was just an accident, but when it started getting dark and the highway still hadn't re-opened, I decided I had better make plans to stay somewhere overnight. Needless to say, a LOT of other people were thinking the same. I feel so very lucky and grateful that your evening manager, Alex, was able to shuffle some things around and accomodate me! He was also very reassuring to some other stressed travelers, that they were dry and safe, and wouldn't be turned out into the cold. I was pleasantly surprised at how pleasant the room was and incredibly comfortable the bed was. My sincere thanks! I plan to use Ramada as my hotel-of-choice from now on!
Kind staff, ready to help with what was needed. Clean rooms, backyard trails and super biking-friendly! They offered to keep my bike in the locker closet during my 4 night stay and I rode it to work daily and came back for lunch midday without any issues getting in or out. Parking is convenient, shopping nearby, great deal!
