This is our first stay at Keystone Lodge & Spa and we couldn't be happier. Staff is awesome and the entire place is spotless. Covid has obviously impacted room cleaning but if you need anything just call or text the front desk and they'll deliver asap. Best part is they store your skis & poles right next to the main gondola so you don't have to carry them back & forth. They also have shuttles that drop you off right by the gondola. If you need a ride to main village for dinner or drinks the Keystone lodge will take you & pick up. Hot tubs and heated pool are open but you must have reservations.. its easy but make sure you schedule 24 hours in advance. We had no problem making reservations. We didn't try the restaurants in the Lodge but we heard good things. Room was very comfortable and we loved the views off balcony. If you see a bad review about this place IGNORE IT. We'll be back.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in process was easy. The room and spa amenities were clean and easy to reserve. We requested a late check-out and Paige was able to accommodate our stay. The grab 'n go breakfast cafe was a nice touch and the barista was super fun. This place is a 5 minute drive to the ski resort so it's the perfect location.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Lodge and Spa and propose to my now fiance on the lake. I know these times are difficult and I was impressed at the inventiveness and care of the staff. They helped me in many ways have a really fantastic weekend and I'm so appreciative of their services and amenities. Great relaxed atmosphere. Always a good time. Show up ready to have fun and the rest just happens. Thanks so much everyone. We'll always visit!

Happy with the stay! Rooms were a great deal, price and quality was on point. Definitely happy with the choice. Works with most Keystone resort vacation deals also if you are looking for a deal.nnFree parking just across the street is made convenient with a pedestrian tunnel underneath back to the hotel. (Or if you want, they have valet parking for $10 a day).

Easy to find and get around Keystone. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.nRooms clean. The Bed and pillows so comfortable.nThe view from the room was of the Mountains and pool very nice in the eyesnSad to see many businesses had closed due to Covid.nConditions on the mountain for skiing was perfect.nTubing hill has the best location and mountain views
