Had unrealistic expectations as I’ve only seen B&Bs in movies, but this the most perfect, picturesque place we’ve ever been. Captivating views, beautiful& clean rooms, and Nikki is truly the kindest host in the entire world. She’s so accommodating and gave us the best recommendations for our trip. Her lovely animals were one of our favorite parts of the whole vacation! Chimney Acres absolutely stole the spotlight of our mountain getaway, if you think you’ll be staying here just to sleep between mountain adventures, just be sure you’re ready to fall in love with every bit of this place!

My wife and I had our wedding at Chimney Top Acres and I can not recommend them enough for a micro-wedding in beautiful western Colorado! Nikki handled everything from the food, flowers, cake, and more. All we had to do was show up essentially. Her and her staff worked their butts off to make our day perfect and it absolutely was. More than reasonably priced for an all inclusive micro-wedding. The farm animals were a hit with the kids and adults, too! Absolutely beautiful venue and the most perfect wedding!

Our time at Chimney Top B&B was so lovely. The attention to detail Nikki has for every aspect of the experience is so on point. Our room (Aslan) was clean, well-decorated, and welcoming; the home itself was warm and inviting (and smelled so good - like the holidays!); and the views were nothing short of incredible. On top of all of this, Nikki herself was personable and relaxed. There was great conversation to be had over delicious breakfast and meeting her goat, mini donkeys, and new baby yaks was the cherry on top! Not to mention the fact that I got engaged while there :) It'll be a place that forever holds a special place in our memory and we'll most definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed at Chimney Top Acres for our wedding and had a FANTASTIC stay! The location of the ranch is ideal and the house is so thoughtfully decorated and cozy. Nikki, the host, is very detailed oriented, kind, warm, attentive, and everything you would want as a host of a B&B. We travel very often for work/pleasure and I can honestly say this was one of our best experiences and overall incredible VALUE! We can't wait to come back and visit again!

Chimney Top Acres was Heavenly! Peaceful, beautiful trails for hiking and biking, great birdwatching, incredibly spacious rooms and very comfy beds, beautiful decks and patios! Nikki is an amazing hostess and incredible cook! I can't wait to go back!!! There are many beautiful hikes nearby and it is equally enjoyable to just stay put on the 35 aces and enjoy the serenity and trails!
