Quick check in, very nice staff. Our room was easy to find and we were happy with how clean the resort was. Our room was very warm and cozy, nice set up and updated. The hot tub on the deck was amazing and clean. It was very quiet and we didn’t hear and neighbors. The beds are memory foam and very cozy. The breakfast was amazing, they have your normal continental breakfast items but also had freshly baked quiche and croissants, served with grapes, so delicious!!! We loved all the windows allowing natural light and all the beautiful plants in the dining area. We would definitely stay again!!
Chipeta was amazing, we can't wait to go back!! We had a great view from our balcony and the private hot tub was so relaxing!! Everyone was great and very helpful. The only thing I would change is we didn't have control of the temperature in our room because it was controlled by in floor heating. They turned it down for us, but we still slept with a window open.
This was the perfect vacation spot in many ways. A good home base to enjoy all the Rockies have to offer. Staff are kind , responsive and polite. Accomadations were great.
Amazing
Very misleading! This place does not have a spring. They only have two municipal water pools. I was mislead and thought there was a hot springs on site. Great for one night! After one night you start to notice this place falling apart. Too many maintenance issues. Not enough hot water to fill up the bathtub. Stayed 4 nights and had to abruptly check out due to paying $366 a night to have no hot water to take a bath. Or bath my children. I paid for two nights got one for free. Paid for the 4th night. Their accounting is all messed up. They comped me the 4th night because tacks from the carpet were cutting our feet every time we walked from the kitchen to the living room. Oven broiler pan had old food on it. The steam shower kept sounding the fire alarm. Got woken up the first night to the smoke alarm going off for no reason. The morning of the night we got comped. We got a late check out only to have to spend an hour on the phone with the bank making sure they returned funds they charged for an extended stay i was planning before finding out the room just kept falling apart.
