LOTS to eat/shop and do in walking distance. Clean, despite short cleaning staff. Pool was open which we were so happy about. All staff was friendly and welcoming. Brooke in particular was very helpful and professional. Overall satisfied with this hotel and would definitely recommend.
This place is clean and modern. The only problem is the front desk manager Cole. The man rudely hung up on my wife on the phone. They are constantly late on return of your deposits. So you have money today up for days. Besides that it's great. They have an indoor pool. 24 work out facility. And very clean
We are currently staying at this hotel and have just called front desk due to our room not being cleaned yet since we have been here. (We have been here since Tuesday it is now Saturday.) They stated they don’t have housekeepers on weekends that they clean when they leave for the day. We explained our room needed some attention due to not having housekeeping come to check on us. They then offered us a vacuum for us to clean our own room!! We then just declined. About 15 minutes pass and we thought to go to the pool to relax and find housekeepers!!
The experience so far has been great. We were checked in quickly, and told about the amenities and breakfast. The room was clean and despite challenges with COVID, there appear to have good protocols in place while not being crazy restrictive.
Second time staying here in a month. Clean, friendly staff, accommodating, indoor pool/hot tub and clean facilities. Immaculate rooms and sheets. COMFY BEDS AND PILLOWS! Great locations next to shopping center and restaurants.
