Was accused of snokeing in my room when I didn't and then they charged me 240$ for it to turn around after we proved we didn't do anything he refunded the money that wasn't even available immediately 3-4 days but it didn't take that long for u guys to take my money did it. Would have been a great place had it not been for the staff.
They have good people working here. Very kind and helpful. The rooms are updated with fresh paint and new floors. A tiny bit run down in the rest of the place, but it is getting work done. Only problem I had out of my week and a half stay was loud hallways and busy parking lot.
The rooms were clean and they were decent pricing available and the staff was great
I am only giving it 5 stars because of the young clean cut gentleman who was cleaning the trash outside when I arrived. He helped me carry my luggage upstairs into my Room asked me if I needed any more help. As we were talking I was telling him how beautiful I thought the floors were and very well put together. To my surprise he is the gentleman who had installed them. They are the only thing nice about that hotel and he would be the only reason why I would ever return.
When my wife and I checked in to this motel on 10/02/20 Kim at the front desk greeted with a heart warming smile. She was very polite and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our stay here at the green tree inn was spectacular. We will be staying here again.
