The Maintenance man here can be very rude and give guests dirty looks other than that. Great hotel and location for work and other shopping. Very clean and polite front desk and housekeeping. Just every time I come here I seem to upset the maintenance man and I’m not sure why. He does a great job at his job just needs to be more polite. :)
Very nice rooms and would still be there if they hadn't kept raising the rate every week. Also the lobby and elevator sometimes smelled like the sewer was backing up
Normally when we are in the area we stay here. This time the lady at the front wouldn't even get off the back counter to look if they had a handicap room. She was very unprofessional. I'm just saying that the Courtyard Marriott Thanks you for our business this time
Prices are very competitive, the room was nice, the building is well maintained.
This property is run by professionals who aim to make the stay of the guest as comfortable as possible. If there was any kind of issue, the property manager, Daniel, and the general manager, Alejandra, were accommodating, respectful, and timely in their responses. The room is spacious and has everything I need. I recommend this property for long term stays. I stayed for about a month. Bonus: There is a great view of the mountains from the West side of the building!
