My biggest problem was the breakfast. I specifically booked this hotel for the free breakfast. The had 0 cooked food, 0 bakery items. Only tiny boxes of cereal, apples, and bananas. Super disappointing. The staff was really friendly. Room was clean although they don't do daily house keeping now. We had to reserve the pool but that was nice because there wasn't a ton of kids running around that way. I'd book again once they're doing proper breakfast.
Probably my least favorite Hyatt I've stayed at. The amenities in the rooms were pretty worn down and didn't work (the iron and ironing board). Luckily we spent most of our time out and about and not a lot of time spent at the hotel. Might consider coming back, as it was pretty close to different stores and restaurants we went to.
We loved everything about this place. Attentive personal, front desk manager is one of the most professional and welcoming we've ever met.nNice, clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, extra towels, extra pillow and blanket, high quality bedding, we didn't hear any noises from outside or neighbors.nAnd heated pool ud83eudd29
Good location near shopping, many restaurants, the DTC, and I-25. Nice, quiet rooms with space to relax.
The only reason why im even giving stars is because the front desk person Anna was sooo nice the rooms was gross i found hair in the sink the GM that day i believe his name was william came up himself and cleaned it so thats who gets the sec star. Next morning i met Jill asked her for an extra towel and she completely gave me attitude and made things uncomfortable for me so i went to complain to the person at the front desk and her name is Jennifer and she was not much of any help either with her cocky attitude so i decided to end my stay early thanks to Jill and Jennifer (word of advice to the 2! take training classes if you want to work with customers because your service sucks) thank you to the staff that did make stay comfortable even if it turned into 1 night!
