BEWARE there is no pool or Hot Tub advertised on travel sites!nOther than that the place is outstanding. Extremely helpful staff from check in to management. The beds are very comfortable and the location is excellent as you are away from the Interstate noise surrounded by golf course. A large amount of excellent eateries within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Rooms are very clean and have Keurig coffee makers with fridge and microwave. Will be back!
Hotel is advertised as having a pool on the Hilton website with photos of said pool, no pool in reality, not a big deal but staying in the area for my 8 year olds Birthday that was really looking forward to swimming tonight. Room was clean but water was cool at best. False advertising and cool showers, I wont waste my time or money in the future.
Great staff, balanced grab-n-go breakfast, clean and modern rooms. Hilton Garden Inns are always perfect, no exception here. A lot of hotels are using COVID as an excuse to cut corners and costs, while very few are taking the necessary precautions to protect their guests and staff while still providing a comfortable, enjoyable experience. HGI is of the latter. The random middle of nowhere location is perfect if that's exactly where you want to be.
Our room was amazing, clean, and had an updated look. The lobbyist was helpful at getting us in on short notice and was kind. I recommend this place.
Guest services was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. We received a follow up call after checking in to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend it.
