I’m giving this a five star rating for the amazingly accommodating staff! Very friendly and extremely helpful. This is why:nI had checked out and unforeseen circumstances required me to stay another night. I called and talked to Mary at the front desk and explained that I needed to check back in, gave her my previous room number and she gave me the same rate and I didn’t have to wait until 15:00 to check back in. Bless her! The hotel is older and has seen better days, for the price though, it’s just fine. And quiet, the beds are comfy and they give enough pillows! Cleanliness.... 3 stars.
Excellent service. Friendly staff. Britney is without a doubt the best at her job. Her customer service skills go above and beyond her job duties. Always smiling, and always making sure you have what you need! I highly recommend this hotel. If I could give a 10 star rating I would! ********** simply outstanding experience! Thank you
Went do to Denver to visit some family, and honestly had the best interaction with the front desk lady. Good clean room and didn't have any issues. And the price was great considering these crazy times now. Thank you so much!
It's a bit run down when compared to the competition close by. If the renovated the rooms with updated amenities and decor as well as the common areas it'd make the stay much more pleasant. Also, the grab and go breakfast should be kept stocked until the advertised end time. Instead, it seems they only invest in a specific amount which is gone fairly quick which left me hungry and upset. I'll most likely stay elsewhere unless the price is right (under $50) and definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone I liked.
The price is Great! Clean and Comfortable room. Have been staying here for an extended amount of time and would recommend it to anyone. The two girls that work at the front Kathy and Mary are amazingly kind and accommodating. Both go above and beyond their job duties. Thank you girls for making my stay a great one!!
