Rip off. Very rude and unprofessional employees!! I would leave less then 1 star if I could. Don't waste your time or your money. There is a very accommodating hotel right across the street. They even gave us a huge discount because of the employees at comfort suites.
Stayed one night. Not many people wearing a mask in this hotel. Employee who checked us in last night didn’t have mask on. Customer checking in ahead of us didn’t have mask on. Customer in hallway didn’t have mask on. Employee handing out breakfast bags this morning didn’t have mask on. Cleaning person had mask under her chin. We visit Castle Rock 1-2x/year to visit family. We stayed at this hotel in October 2020 and everyone was wearing a mask indoor. We will not stay here again. Plenty of other hotels to choose from in this area.
Loved the staff! Great price for the room. Definitely would stay again.
Very clean and affordable. Surrounded by outlet and restaurants. Beautiful view of mountains. People are very nice.
Clean rooms and bathrooms. Quiet and no problems. Beds are quite comfortable and staff is super friendly.
