Quality Inn & Suites Denver South Park Meadows Area

I arrived and checked in. Was upgraded to a suite which is nice. The problem started when I turned on the heater and the main one did not work. The next problem was when I sit down on the couch one of the legs was sticking out and I stubbed my foot on it. Come to discover that it was broken and sticking out. Then the last issue was when I took my shower. The room is handicap assessable and by the time I finished most of the bathroom floor was covered in water. So after pushing most of the water back toward the shower I did not have a dry floor to stand on. But overall my experience so far has been satisfactory.

Worst hotel I've seen. Horrible smell, door handles, shower rod all broken. No blankets, bedding was torn, curtains were torn, huge stain on the floor. Dog poop everywhere outside, the landscaping is covered in trash. Near impossible to even get clean towels or toiletries.

Nice clean large size rooms with kitchenettes. Shilpa and Sabrina were so helpful and courteous and went out of there way if I had any issues. I travel a lot and would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to staying there in the future,

This is hands down the best Quality Inn and the best hotel experience that I've had in long time! The hotel is nice and very clean, kept up well. The rooms are quite spacious with kitchens and comfortable. It's the staff at this hotel that sets it apart from all others. Shipla, the GM, apologized as we checked in that they did not have my favorite room available. She remembered us from a previous visit and when our name came up with a reservation, had checked for the room which I had requested on our last visit. Shipla is very professional, courteous and helpful. Then there is the night desk manager (if he isn't night manager, he should be!) Alejandro. This guy is professional, friendly, helpful and I've never seen any other front desk personal work close to as hard as he does. I've seen Alejandro dealing with very stressful, intense situations and he always remains calm, keeps his cool while keeping a smile on his face and maintaining a positive attitude. He is very helpful, friendly and always delightful to talk to. The entire staff, calls us by name, even the maintenance man who is also professional, polite, friendly and helpful. Being remembered and called by name really makes you feel like a VIP. Thank you to the staff at Quality Inn for always making our stay a pleasant and amazing one! And Shipla, Alejandro and Mr. Maintenance Guy (wish I knew your name), a very special thank you to the 3 of you! You guys are AWESOME!!!

Highly recommend staying here!!! Through the COVID-19 pandemic the staff at this hotel has provide a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay. Very friendly people, and a super great location! There is a lovely park close by and the light rail is within walking distance along with a few restaurants within walking distance.
