I have been staying 1 to 3 nights most weeks since late November and can't say enough how pleasant, professional and helpful Ted has been at check in late Sun night. He initiated a corporate discount immediately upon learn I ng of my anticipated frequency of work travel, went above and beyond to book future stays, and was someone I looked forward to having a quick 2 to 3 minute chat upon check in late Sun night. Bravo to Ted and the rest of the staff - the morning crew have been awesome too!
This is a late review but I stayed about 1 week here last July. It was a super nice hotel. I felt safe, secure and rested well and felt secure to go about my business.nnI also had a medical issue and was transported to the hospital, and came back to find all my things and my vehicle safe and sound. They were kind and worked with me on checkout too due to the hospital stay.nnNice place. I do recommend them.
It was ok, really dated , but service was good and enjoyed the breakfast box they gave us. Would I stay there again? Probably not, knowing there are so many other hotels in that area, but wasn't horrible.
Considering I was there during a blizzard snow storm and couldn't go anywhere else during my friend's wedding, it was good. Perhaps a little pricey but these days considering the pandemic and economy I suppose it is to be expected.nnBut the room was clean. I really wish there was a different solution for the provided breakfast that was sorely lacking. -A collection of cold items like a prewrapped bagel, yogurt and an optional hard boiled egg... But I'm hoping that was pandemic related.nnAll things considered not bad though.
Hampton Inn Castle Rock is a very good hotel. The management staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we booked was perfect - clean and comfortable. Tbe boxed breakfast (no hot breakfast due to COVID) was very good quality and plenty of food. I'd stay here again anytime. This is a great place.
