Cottonwood hot springs is always such a sacred, healing and special place in my heart! I went on a Sunday afternoon and I did have to make a reservation for 2 hours of soaking from 2 - 4 p.m. It was so nice that it wasn't crowded at all.. and everyone there was so kind, friendly, chatting quietly and just really great people! I had friends who had a reservation in cabin #3 - which I went to check it out for a bit after my own soak, their cabin was so cute, cozy and comfy looking and it has a private soaking pool behind the cabin, with a corrugated steel privacy fence. I really look forward to another time when I can squeeze in a 1 or 2 night reservation at one of the cabins to hit the reset button on everything that's been going on in my life! The hot springs are amazing! They have 5 different pools with varied temperatures. The pools and changing areas are kept clean. It was a great spending time in the hot springs. Remember to bring your own towels as they charge $10 per towel there at the front desk.
Not a great place for a family but great for a couple, a few friends or even a relaxing retreat by yourself
This place is amazing. Everything is self-sustaining, solar and wind powered. Incredible water, beautiful clean pools, friendly staff. Excellent lobby area with stunning gifts. We stayed in a dorm room because everything else was booked and the room was clean, quiet, gorgeously decorated, and well stocked. I highly recommend you try some of the hemp ice cream for sale in the lobby as well. It's delicious.
