Pretty disappointed with Best Western. We booked a trip for this past weekend through Booking.com, and ended up having to cancel (outside of the cancellation window) because of a family emergency back on the East coast. I called the hotel directly as soon as I found out and the front desk told me I had to cancel through Booking.com because that's where I made the reservation. Booking.com has an option to allow the hotel to waive or reduce the cancellation fees, so I selected that hoping to at least get the reduction. I messaged and emailed the hotel through the site to explain the situation and no one responded. Today I had the full cancellation charge post to my account. I would have at least appreciated a response from Best Western before charging my account. Just another example of poor customer service. Will not use this hotel in the future.
Very comfortable beds bathroom had black wash cloths for make up. Bomb coffee for a hotel. Breakfast delivered to the room. Would most certainly come back with the amazing breath taking mountain view
One complaint , i used my 116$ app credit on booking.com and the discount was not honored, so that was a bummer.nBut otherwise Very nice hotel, very clean, after the Saturday night lodgers checked out i passed the maids cleaning the rooms that had been vacated , and they were actually cleaning the rooms very well.nFront desk staff was great .
Nice place would stay again. Nothing fancy, nice pool and hot tub.
Was pleased with every aspect of our stay! Precautions due to COVID were handled exceptionally well. Room was very nice and clean. Free to-go breakfast was amazing especially for us doing a 14’er that morning. We will be back!!
