This is pretty dumpy hotel. It was reasonably clean and easy to adjust the temperature, but I would not recommend it. The room was very old and dumpy with exposed wires and crumbling drywall.
It's perfect for what we need,clean and the bed is like sleeping on cloud really comfortable, thank you so much

Topaz Lodge is not a fancy pants boutique hotel where you'll be greeted by staff eager to help you with your luggage and make sure your every need is attended to. If you are looking for this type if experience, keep looking. Topaz Lodge is a small operation that has a history going back to the 19th Century, making it rather unique and interesting, though. The rooms will not blow you away, but they are comfortable, clean, and will provide you a place to freshen up. Spartan, but functional. If you just need a place to lay your weary head after a day of traveling, Topaz Lodge will suit your needs just fine.
Crazy place. Could use a little more attention.
