Clearly passionate about the sport, he had a very professional focus on ‘let’s get you out there safely as fast as possible’ while giving clear and concise insight as to what you will need to plan for in long-term care/maintenance of your bike. He gave incredibly fair pricing on parts, competitive pricing on a tune-up, turned my bike around very quickly, and freely discussed alternative ways I can go about getting future parts on my budget. No pressure to go through him! He was very positive with me and my boyfriend (both of us novice trail riders), and suggested many places we can go to enjoy our skill-building.
