This was one of the best services I've ever used. Pinnacle Pressure Washing not only gave me a great price but the whole experience was first class. David, the technician who performed the cleaning, was extremely personable and professional. He went over exactly what he was doing and kept me informed throughout the process. He found some broken tiles during the cleaning and offered to repair them for an additional fee, which was very reasonable, so I had him do it. I am very impressed with Pinnacle Pressure Washing and David and highly recommend them.

I have used Pinnacle in the past, and each time they have always been consistent, professional, and provide an extra level of care. This time was no different. We asked Pinnacle to come out because we had some concerns about allergies to mold. We suspected that there might be mold on the roof, so they did a thorough inspection and obviously a thorough cleaning. An added bonus? They were faster than I expected-- a huge plus considering both my wife and I re currently teach from home. Thank you, Pinnacle, we will be back!

Michael, my technician for removing and treating fine moss from my roof, was the best! He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and let me know how long he was going to be, letting me know that the outdoor furniture was not going to be in the way. He worked long and hard to complete the multi-step process, which included cleaning my gutters. The great service started way before Michael with the office staff and with, Chris, who first took my call and explained their service and made me aware of how they were different from their competitors. Great value, pride of service and another happy customer!!!

Pinnacle Pressure Washing is a fantastic, dependable company. Our shake roof was replaced in 2009 and debris has been removed over the years but not to the extent that would keep moss, and other things, from growing on it. (The house is directly under a giant Valley Oak Tree). The roof now looks like the day it was installed. I was also amazed at the amount of time that was devoted to cleaning the roof and to the clean up. Pinnacle, for all the work they do, is a great value.

We were referred by previous customer that was happy and thought we would hire Pinnacles to work with us as we are a roofing company. Our customer was very happy with the work. They kept us informed as to when the crew would arrive. The roof was washed off and we are a happy customer.
