Don's Bicycles

I haven't bought a ton of stuff from here but they seem to be a really solid bike shop with reasonable prices. I can however speak to the patience of their floor workers as I overheard an unfortunate sales guy trying to explain to an angry customer why the bikes don't come with pedals. I don't think I could have handled it as well as they did.

The night before a big BMX race for my teenager, I am told something is wrong with his wheel! Frantically looking for some place to take his bike that would actually take us that day and without an appointment, I found Don's bike shop. I messaged them and they told me to bring the bike in when they open and they will see what they can do for me. We got there right away, and we're taken right in! This mom was beyond happy!! Thank you to Paul for your help and the fast service we received by the staff. Highly recommend bringing your bike here for service, I know they have gained another customer!

Only place local i can walk in drop off my wheels for a tubeless tire install and walk out 30mins later instead of waiting for 3 weeks for a 10 minute job (per wheel). I know how crazy busy all bike shops have been, so for them to pump out service orders that quick is amazing. Thanks guys, and keep up the great work. Made my first time there a good one!

Superb service! Very explanatory to show us what we wanted. Helped us chose the right bike by allowing us to ride it , buy listening to what we wanted to use it for, by showing us different options. Wayne. Nate and Shah were super fantastic in showing us how to disassemble &reassemble bike enough to transport, purchase at a very good price and use bike. Love Dons Bike Shop!

Every time I visit Don's I get great customer service. This last time I dropped my mtn bike off in need of a new rear hub. I have a women's Trek Fuel EX-5. I don't remember the gentleman's name who serviced my bike for me, I wish I could, but he did an incredible job! My bike is operating more smoothly than it has in a long time! He recommended a specific hub for me and it's made a huge difference! I had so much fun on my last bike outing in Utah with my newly serviced bike in tip top shape! I'll be going to Don's for all my biking needs forever!
