If we could, we would give them 4 star... Had a great experience. Purchased our bikes last year and they are still running extremely well.
Very friendly store! I purchased a floor bike pump that did not work (defective unit). I simply returned it the next day and they gave me a brand new one in return with no questions asked. Very easy! They even put air back in my tires before I left.
Excellent sales staff.I felt no pressure to buy even knowing in these time supply is short and demand is extremely high Very knowledgable about the Trek Rail. We compared another bike they had one even though it was more expensive they sold me on the Trek Rail because it fit my riding style. Honesty goes a long with me.
Cyclery USA has the most knowledgeable staff of any bike shop I've ever been to. They never recommend more than I need for my bikes to perform as I expect them. You can tell they are genuine enthusiasts, and will help you choose the perfect equipment and accessories for your specific needs.
