Matt a 4th generation contractor was very professional and showed pride in his work with exceptional quality and great service. After getting the estimate, Matt was very informative and followed up with us before deciding to hire him. This made MS R&I Construction the best choice and separated him from other contractors who didn't follow up. I look forward to hiring Matt again in the future for other remodeling projects. Its great knowing the owner of the company is the actual person working on your home and not a hired crew that may not care as much. Matt and his dad get 5 stars from us!

Matt was awesome to work with. When we first requested a quote, he came out and took pictures of our home, he ran those through this advanced software and the software give us a report of all the dimensions and materials of the house, roofing, siding, windows and everything, it was really cool. He was very prompt to turn everything around and understood what we were looking for. He was very professional and give great advice on our project. When he presented the contract he gave us start date that was 8 weeks out and we were assuming that was a ballpark. He started on the exact day he said he would and finished the job exactly when he said he would even dealing with a few unknown surprises. He always communicated well and responded quickly. The job was done exactly how he said it would be done and for the exact price he said it would cost. We were very impressed and look forward to working with him again. The quality of the roof was outstanding and we could not be any more happy working with his company. If you want the job done on time and the job done well, I highly recommend you talk with Matt.

After 2+ years of searching for a contractor willing to help us with our 100 year old home needing a skylight replacement, we met Matt. He is awesome! We had water dripping onto the floor in the kitchen. I called Matt Smith at MS R&I Construction. Matt came over quickly and found that our skylight was leaking. Matt went the extra mile to stop the leaking by shoveling the snow off the roof. Soon we had a new skylight installed, our roof repaired, and the ceiling in the kitchen repaired and painted. Matt was prompt, professional, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be calling him in the future for any projects we need help with.

When we signed the contract this company gave us a start date that was two months away & still was able to start exactly on that day as planned, they were extremely efficient & did amazing at cleanup also. I would highly recommend them & look forward to working with them in the future.
