Was called to apply asphalt repair. Owners were to hard to work with. I had to refuse their work order. Discrepancies over very small down payment. Insisted that because they own other properties that I should trust them LOL.

Its turning into an alright place but the girl saying her cousin tommy owns some of it doesnt know what shes talking about hes just a maintenance guy and not very good at his job. The owners name is Rick and he owns all of it and him and his partner have really started turning it around it looks a lot different than 2 years ago.
