I've been here and reviewed this before, so I'll stick to Covid comments. Website showed no vacancies, so I called the front desk, and had an informative chat. Their problem isn't a shortage of rooms, it's a shortage of housekeepers to clean them. Clerk said he'd call me back in a few minutes if he could find a housekeeper for my room. A few minutes later, he called to report that it was OK, and took my reservation, then launched into the truth-in-hostelry disclosures about covid restrictions and limitations. Basically, no daily housekeeping during my 3 day stay, masks in public areas, no hot breakfast--just packaged items like yogurt and granola bars etc to take away. I did see a housekeeper as I left this morning. Room was clean as usual, and if I run out of soap etc, I can get it at the front desk. Welcome to the new normal, at least temporarily.

I really hate to say it but this is one of the worst place I’ve stayed at so far I’ve stayed here before in the past but this place went downhill specially for $96 a night the heater did not work properly in our room I got four hours sleep. We come to the train park in Fostoria at least once a month and I drive past the business and it’s always empty I know it’s Covid out right now but still the least you could do some little maintenance to the rooms. Here’s a couple of the pictures I’m very disappointed with this price I could’ve stayed at a Holiday Inn. Also just as I finished typing the bathroom light burned out.
This place was surprisingly pleasing. I don’t travel enough to always remember to check out hotel ownership/management/online reviews. So many hotels now appear to be owned by individual franchisees who I don’t feel maintain the property up to what the national corporate standards would probably be.nThis one was over the top above and beyond in cleanliness, good repair, quality, and staffed with professionals.nYou will get a good nights sleep and great value for your buck. Highly recommended!!!!
The good - Staff was great. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was also good.nThe bad - tiny tiny bathroom.nThe terrible - the beds and noise. You can hear absolutely everything in the hotel. People in other rooms... people in the hall... people outside...the beds are hard. I didn't sleep well at all
