The trailers look to be in bad shape and need repair. You feel that half the people there are most likely drug riddled, and when I spent a significant time there about 10 years ago, it all seemed the same. Maybe a new trailer or two, but the owners put no effort to make it look halfway presentable. Plus side to that would be low rent.

Very trashy park needs to be cleaned and trailers need to be taken out wouldn't even let my dog live there. Onwer doesn't care about the shape or condition of the park or the trailers. The owner should be slapped with fines for how bad it is there. This is a horrible place. The only reason lot rent is so low is because of how bad the place is. Should just be torn down and put in new trailers and better streets. Could imagine how bad the hotel rooms are half of them have broken windows or broken doors

Great place to start a family home at landloard fixes the problem in a great timely manner good starter upper
