Perfect European style b&b in the heart of Amish country. Hosts are friendly and accommodating and the place's style and wood furnishings are lovely. Would definitely recommend to others. WiFi is solid and the setting is peaceful, overlooking a farm in the valley.
The room was beautifully decorated and very clean with good wifi! But no cable, and no smoking. (common tho, so no biggie). And breathtaking scenery but a huge downside was it was in the back of someone's house. U have ur own entrance but it's in like the basement of their home. It is not very private or traditional bed and breakfast... Not at all. Huge disappointment but very satisfied with the area and the quality of the room. With that being said... It's just a room, not a bed and breakfast. Although would recommend if u want a good price for a good space.
While we paid for 2 nights we only stayed 1. After checking in and seeing the sights of Sugarcreek we went back to our room in the basement of the owners home to watch some tv as we sit in the soaking tub only to realize there is just Netflix with no internet connection! After being told there would be no way to fix it and a quick soak we went to bed only to be kept up by the running of of heavy footed children! Day 2 did not improve. While we stopped to freshen up a foul smell hit us and we could not open any windows to attempt to air out! Between the odd smell and the running of children we opted for the 2 hour drive home rather than another night. Worst birthday present I could have given my wife!
