I am so pleased with the Groover Company. Their professionalism is second to none. Their employees are exceptionally hard working and dedicated. I enjoyed a stress free, worry free transformation of the exterior of my house. Robert, the Sales Manager is knowledgeable of all products and services. Robert helped steer me in the best direction when choosing colors and products. The Groover Company designs a plan and explains the stages, dates and times when each team will arrive and complete their work. The Chimney Team, the Roofing Team, the Siding Team and the Gutter/Down spouts Team, all were respectful, responsible and exhibited their excellent craftsmanship. So glad we had Groover Roofing work at our house. The roof is awesome, love the new chimney& the new spouting topped it off. The employees were very professional friendly--it was awesome. Groover's will be back when we decide what to do with the rest of the house!! A 5 star review!!
Responsive when called, on time once scheduled, communicated any delays, extensions, or additions to project. Cleaned up thoroughly and followed up after work was completed. Answered all questions before project, as project continued, and after project was finished. Highly recommended for quality work.
Groover was amazing! We had such a good experience. Loved to text with Val during the process. They kept us informed through the whole process! Worth every penny! Ty ty ty!
Great Experience. Very focused to quickly get the job done. I watched the guys RUN back and forth from their trucks to get supplies when needed. They PLACED each bundle of shingles on the roof and never dropped a them. And when they left, nothing was left behind. I do not think there is another roofing company that could have got this job (80 Squares) finished as fast as they did. I trust their work and the the quality of the product they use.
