Honestly, this is a great place to live. It's a mobile home community & we have a few of the obligatory oddballs that tend to be present in trailer parks, but even they're nice, harmless people. Mostly, this place is just full of families with young children & retirees. The staff organizes all sorts of fun things for the kids to do & there's a very warm community feel. Michelle, the regional manager, & Alexis, the landlady, are both friendly & always willing to help residents. When we moved in 3 years ago, I didn't expect to like it here as much as I do. It's a nice place to raise our children.
Me any my fiancee rent and they havent fixed the roof the vents or the floors was told its not there job when were RENTING out trailer. Our manager is ignorant to this community
Great place between a few great Cities
It's actually a nice community things are clean and neat and the people are very respectable I really like that place
I know several residents who are great...and then the rest who don't
