The staff at check in was nice, at least, but that was the last good thing that happened during our stay. Upon entering, the room smelled nauseatingly like cat pee. After a few minutes we figured out it was the heater in the room that was wafting the cat pee smell into the room. Thankfully it was warm enough in the room without the heater turned on so the smell mostly dissipated after several minutes. The comforter was stained and not very appealing but the sheets looked pretty much clean. The coffee pot had not been rinsed out which made me a bit worried about what else had been skipped over instead of thoroughly cleaned. I found weed in the cracks of the cushion in front of the mirror and crumbs on the floor underneath the tables indicating further that cleaning had not been done thoroughly. The travel sizes shampoo and lotion bottles were very clearly refilled instead of new as they had old product stuck on and in the lids from previous use. When we had arrived we asked for a late check out and were told we could stay until 11:30 but the housekeeping staff was knocking on the door at 11 saying that we needed to leave now. When we told the staff that we were granted a late check out, the housekeeper said, “No. I’ll be checking with them tonight” with a terrible attitude, insinuating that we were lying about our extra thirty minutes and ushered us out of the room. I had been really excited about this stay but I will not be returning.

Good place to sleep.. if your on the road and you need to sleep and rest for a bit... it look more like a motel than a hotel.. not super clean and old and it said smoke free but the hallway smell like people just finish smoking.

This place was disgusting! I’m generally pretty tolerant and I can put up with a lot, but do not book this place if you are traveling. If you are looking for a cheap place to party and meet some locals, this seems like the perfect place. The place smells horrible! Doors are left cracked open with loud voices and TVs behind them. It seemed like a drug den. I felt unsafe with my wife walking to and from the car alone. Seriously don’t stay here, it’s not worth whatever convenience it offers.

If I could give this less than 1 star, I really would. This was absolutely the WORST hotel I have ever been to in my life. Everything is covered in a film of body odor and smoke and I believe nothing has been cleaned with more than just water. Not only did I feel disgusting when I walked into that hotel, I also feared for my safety. As we walked to our room at 9pm, we passed MANY doors half open with children screaming, people yelling and others with their TV so loud to block the noise. We walked in and we walked immediately out. This is not the hotel where tourists go, if you know what I mean.

Its basic. The staff is very nice and the rooms are pretty clean. The kid loved the pool
