Room was clean and spacious...beds were comfy. Check in was a total nightmare. I'm not sure of it was just a bad day or of this is normal. Room was not ready until close to 4. Then we had to wait in a long line to get checked in. Desk clerks had to go physically look at each room to make sure it was ready. I've never had this problem at any other hotel. Also the pool was not a great experience. You have to reserve a time and there were still quite a few people in there. Probably would have spread out people more if tomes weren't reserved. There was foam floating in pool that the worker had to come deal with before people could swim which doesn't give guests much confidence in the cleanliness of the pool.nnI get stuff happens. Its not that these inconveniences happened its how they were handled. Front desk first shift was not at all helpful. That's another story.

Wicked friendly staff. Accommodated My walk in need for a room. This was the cleanest hotel I stayed at on My trip. Big bed,lots of pillows.nMy only complaint: there were 2 lights next to the bed that didn't work and the nightlight also needed a bulb.nIt didn't effect My stay and I liked the USB ports on the desk for charging My phone.nThank you for a wicked awesome stay. Its quiet also which meant I got some much needed sleep.

Very nice! You won't find a better hotel for the $$. Clean gym, indoor pool and the rooms are classy. The whole place is set up with quality in mind. IBEW recognized as well. Thank you Comfort Inn and Suites for exceeding my expectations!

I love this place and plan on making it My stop to sleep on future trips.nThey had some decent stuff for breakfast. They are also close to places to eat which is very helpful.nnWonderful staff made it a joy to stay.

Kind of a mess. Arrived to a super hot room, apparently you have to turn the heat or air on when you get there. Shower barely had hot or cold, and water pressure was terrible. Lobby and hallways smelled of smoke on several occasions. Elevator broke while we were here. Website said the pool was open, it was broken for our first night here. Our room was right above the pool, the second night when it reopened, and despite the website stating it closed at 8, there was loud yelling from the pool until well after 10 pm. We will not stay here again.
