I can't say enough about this company & the work that they did. I often wonder if reviews are real or not....the reviews on this company are 100% legit. They do amazing work. The owner is so helpful & worked with me to get exactly what I needed. I had water damage so he scheduled me immediately in order to get it taken care of. The crew they have is fantastic. They are professional, polite & when they were done not only did my roof look GREAT but the yard was absolutely spotless! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you will NOT be disappointed!
Edit 3/23/2021- We got our new roof and it looks great! We worked with David from DroCo Roofing this time, and got the same friendly and helpful service. We got our new roof with a great warranty for a fair price. We give them a 5 star rating yet again.nn(6 months ago)- The roof on our new home was leaking. We called DroCo Roofing and they were able to come out when we needed them. The staff on the phone were very nice and prompt at responding. When DroCo Roofing professional, Aaron Wheaton, came out for the free inspection, not only did he find some leak areas, he caulked them for free!! He let us know the life of our roof was nearing it's end, but his fix gives us more time to save for a whole new roof. Not only was Aaron nice and professional, he was extremely helpful and really made our day! Moving to a new home is expensive and not having to worry about extra expenses (like your roof leaking!) was just great. I can say this much- when we do need our roof replaced, we will be coming back to DroCo Roofing for their services! Thanks to DroCo Roofing and thanks to Aaron! We truly appreciate your service!
We were referred to DroCo by our neighbors and were very pleased with the entire process! Aaron was very responsive from start to finish! He helped us with our claim and supported us with the information required by the insurance company. And by the way: No pressure! He was patient and walked us through expectations and he was spot on all the way through. We sort of had our mind made up on color in advance and Aaron still took the time to show us all available options. Our front lawn looked like a showroom and it helped a lot as we could see them against our house and trim! We met with a little bad luck the day after completion when we had that crazy wind storm (70 MPH) and lost several shingles at the peak that hadn't quite sealed yet. Aaron came over the same day (Sunday) to check things and the crew (and Aaron) were here the following morning to make the repairs. The roof looks great! The crew did excellent work in the cleanup as well! A great experience start to finish!
Absolutely the best company we have ever used for repairs to our house. DroCo has performed multiple projects on our house, from roofing to gutters to window screens and shutters and every project exceeded our expectations. DroCo is professional, fast, caring and provides excellent communications. Just superb!
Dave advocated for us with our insurance company to ensure that we got a new roof and not just a repair. He was great to work with and his team worked efficiently and neatly. We highly recommend DroCo Roofing!
