Stayed here wanting to just relax and unwind in the evenings. It was fine until the family staying above me unleashed their child to stomp and tumble for hours on end. After complaining to the front desk, they mentioned that they had informed them about all of the other complaints. Yet it still continued. The front desk offered to give me a different room because the family making the noise had been there 6 months. Which tells me there are 6 months worth of customers from the room I was in that had to endure that. I will not return .

The rooms are decent the price is good. There seems to be police here often and they seem to be short staffed. Otherwise adequate housing

The hotel lost our booking and it took 2 hours to get a room and we got downgraded from the original one I booked. I went to put my clothes in the dresser and the whole front panel came off and almost crushed my foot. I asked for pillows and was told there aren't any. The front door card reader doesn't work so that we could get back into the hotel after hours, since the lobby closed at 11:00pm. The room next to us has an alarm going off starting at 1:00am every night, and no one is in the room. Our phone doesn't work. The light next to the bed doesn't work. The air conditioner is the loudest I've ever heard. The freezer makes a knocking noise all night.nnI travel quite a bit, and have even stayed here before, and this is the worst place I've ever been in. It was not like this 2 years ago. I've barely gotten any sleep.

You pay for what you get. They are cheap. You can hear everything, there is constant noise during the day and night. Hard to think in that place. You can hear other guess showering, going to the bathroom and cooking. banging noise coming from the walls kitchen / bathroom area. Shower making a squalling noise while showering. I would pay more and go someplace else that is worth what I am paying.

**Update**nSo, I did stay and I got what I requested... Starting with a room on the first floor with a toilet and a television that works. Melanie, the Assistant Manager, made this happen as soon as she heard about my issues and complaints. I am very happy about the change. It still remains to be seen if the manager will make any deductions on my final bill once I check out.n----- old original post----nThe staff was very courteous. The room was clean and quiet. The commode needed a plunger, the kitchen sink needed a strainer stopper and the television did not really have any live channels. It was a no signal cable option. You have a choice of Ion Tv or PBS, home shopping, or a religious channel. No CNN, Fox, sports or local news channels.
