I was glad that they actually had the pool open but you can only have six kids in there at a time . The rooms were pretty decent clean but had an odd smell throughout the whole building. They are no longer serving breakfast due to Covid and they serve you a granola bar a fruit cup and three powdered donuts with nothing to drink as a breakfast. Other than the rooms being decently clean it was horrible.
Just coming off the road from a 4 hour drive, I was rudely told that on top of the rate of my room I was to be charged an additional 150 dollars for me being from out of town and because I choose to use a debt card instead of my credit card...nI also had been traveling with my dog who was also irritable and the service desk person just acting as if my business wasnt worth her time. Never going to do business with rude people who obviously didnt need the money. Regardless I cancelled my reservation
The supposed manager Brittany needs fired. And I will he calling the bbb as well as best western corporate to get this location shut down. They way business is done here is very unprofessional.
It was more like a Best Western minus. I booked my trip with Travelocity. I stay at hotels frequently and always book them with Travelocity. When I arrived at the property I was informed that I needed to pay cash up front for our room as well as a $150 cash deposit. I found that HIGHLY irregular. When I asked for clarification about this policy I was told it was because I was local. I live just over an hour away from this hotel. The cash required wasnt mentioned at booking. There were several loud parties Friday night. Only one person seemed to be working. There was no toiletries, even hand soap, in our room. The elevator had trash in it. I wouldn't book another room at this Best Western.
Very bad experience, room was filthy. There was hair in the tub and the tub was still wet. There was gum on the ceiling and food encrusted in the furniture throughout the room. I took pics and showed woman at front desk and she refused a refund and was very rude, mind u this is the second room she put me in already. Then she refused to tell me her name and claimed she was the gm. Smh
