I would give it 0 stars if I could. Booked a room for a night in a king suite with a jacuzzi hot tub for baymont inn. Paid for it in full over the phone when we made the reservation. After we drove 45 minutes to get there we were informed that our room had been taken by a WALK-IN! After we had already paid in full why is our room still up for grabs and why we’re we not assigned a room after we booked it and paid for it!! They then told us they had no rooms for us so we had to drive 45 min tires back home!
The whole ordeal at this hotel was disastrous. Not only did it take almost 2 hours to check in due to computer glitches to placing me in 2 rooms that were still not cleaned from the prior guests, to at 3 am complete strangers were given access to my room thinking it was vacant The staff was clearly clueless on every aspect . Including their dress attire and eating was more important than the guest who tried to check in as well. I wasn't the only one who was privy to this pitiful environment. Good luck
The hallway our room was in smelled horrible due to other guests smoking Marijuana in their room. The tub in our bathroom had mold where the shower wall meets the tub. Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were great though. This location is only offering bagged breakfasts but I couldn't tell you what is in a bagged breakfast because they 'ran out' of them before breakfast time was over so we didn't get any breakfast. Over all disappointed.
Poor staff on front desk. The hotel offers low price but when you get in they will steal your money. They stole my 292$ extra. I called the local police when the hotel management said they don’t know anything. I called Priceline they said, we are not responsible. They just pass your credit card information to the hotel and these thieves will steal your money. Even police officer told me that they are receiving reports on daily basis against this hotel. Please pay few dollars more but go to other hotels to enjoy your stay.
Front desk staff was very unhelpful and rude - only one who actually cared was the night person 11p-7a. We were told by the front desk manager that we could look at another room after we got back from dinner, but by the time we got back to the hotel, she had left for the night and the new person at the desk refused to show us another room. She said she was not allowed to leave the desk and we would have to wait until the morning. We came back as we were checking out and the manager wasn't even working to talk to, there was no manager on duty. We were charged for two pops on our bill that we didn't even ask for nor get. We bring our own drinks to hotels so we don't need what the hotel offers. No one was wearing masks and their parking lot/ drive was never salted or plowed - it was a complete sheet of ice. Apparently the only one who shovels it was the nice front desk woman but she said she fell and couldn't do it. Why are you making one sweet older woman shovel when you have men and younger women working there? We will never stay there again, and we will tell all our friends and family to stay away.
