Make sure they have your room ready before you arrive because they might not have it ready and make you wait for 2 hrs for them to clean it
Disappointed. Came for a night away with my husband and our night was full of very loud neighbors next to us and above us. Birthday partys should be away from other rooms. Its ridiculous.
Disappointed, Ohio pools and restaurants are open but still no breakfast at this hotel and pool still closed, but they still charge the same and no mention upon booking was made about this amenities not existing at this time. I was told they did have yogurt and granola bars but they were nowhere. We booked a 1 bedroom suite with pull out sofa, but only 2 flat pillows in the entire room? Even on a king size bed? No extra blankets in closet for pull out. Stains on towels and my bar of soap was used with hair on it placed back in the box. Terrible stay and have had better service at cheaper hotels.
Checked in, petson at desk did not welcome be as a HH member, did not tell about breakfast or direct me to the elevators. Room was musty, carpet around the air conditioner was wet. Carpet not swept, fan, tv, headboard, lamps covered in dust. Don't stay here.
People are Xtra nice and so helpful. If we could have swam and ate there.it would have been a5.
