Had a blast! Great place to stay, 7 single bed in a townhouse. Fishing right off your back deck, catch and release, had very reasonable neighbors. Fishing, we hit our limit both days in walleye! Over all had amazing time on a family vacation here.
Bays Edge is very wonderful place! Very excellent and friendly staff very well maintained! And always eager and willing to help! They also have excellent fishing and access for handicapped and children. Words cannot possibly explain how wonderful Bays Edge is I tried to go and spend at least once or twice a month throughout the summer with my friends and family! We love you babe Edge!
Fish cleaning was quick, but left a lot of meat on the skin/carcass. Last few inches of the fillet were left on the fish (I know it's easier to skin, but they left inches), the ribs were inconsistent even on big fish, and the loins were variable thickness within a lot of fillets. Fine for family fish, but certainly not commercial quality fillets
