I go here every year for my walleye fishing trip.they have everything you need,parking,fish cleaning station, perfect cottages.i book for the next year before I leave.plan on going back every year forever
The website was really easy to understand when I booked my vacation and the price was great. We can't wait to stay here.
We just had an amazing time here this past weekend. The cottages were really nice and the pool was a plus. The best part was the sunsets over the marina. The staff were super friendly and helpful. When it rained, they cleaned out the fish house for us to move our chairs under so we could be out of the rain.. that was just so nice of them to do! Thank you for making my birthday weekend so memorable. Oh and they even wished me Happy Birthday on their main sign by the entrance..
The cottage was a little dated. The beds weren't comfortable and in the description stated that we would have a queen sized bed. Which wasn't true it was a full sized and my boyfriend ended up sleeping on the couch. There was a fully stocked kitchen and it was very clean. The parking is the best either. They have a drive way for side by side cottages so if you park in it first you could get blocked it by the neighboring unit. The person who stayed in the unit beside us had a boat and took up the whole space so we had to park by the office which was a bit of a walk. The staff was extremely nice and helpful though. It was a short drive to the beach and the ferry to Kelleys island so that was convenient.
I took my family this past weekend for a spur of the moment trip. Booked a room same day. The cute vintage cottage kitchen was fully stocked but 2 burners were out. The shower was wonderful! Good pressure and soft, clean, hot water! Cleaning station was clean. The grounds were very clean.The pool was never too packed! Close to everything! Great rate for the room. Going back soon!
