Place is really good,people that work there are respectful and easy to talk to,went there for a tire change was nice and fast and he even double checked the valve for me and realized that I needed a new tube also instead of just slapping on a new tire and sending me on my way.defenitly recommend this place.
They did everything they said they would do on time with professionalism. Friendly and knowledgeable. The young kid that was showing me the features on my bike I think was a bike scientist. Great job guys!!!
Took all summer for a tune-up, I literally dropped off my bike during the start of summer and picked it up beginning of fall. The lack of accountability was astonishing. The owner was rude and overly emotional when confronted about my overall frustration. Now I have a tuned up bike ready to go for the cold months ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
I found the bike I needed, my son loved it, the service was great, the guy helped me a lot.
Just purchsed my new Trek Marlin 7 from them. With everything going on and a shortage of bikes i was able to get one thanks to Spark. Definitely a busy season for bike shops but Mike was very helpul and very responsive. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. Not only would i reccomend spark, i wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks guys.
