We spend many thousands of $$ with this company and with the first hard rain, the areas of the repairs leaked like a sieve. We called them out on no less than three occasions under the 6 month warranty period before they finally got the leaks stopped. Then they had the audacity to send us two repair bills totaling $1,865 which of course we refused to pay. They violated State of Ohio law which requires a contractor to give an estimate of repairs before doing any work. Then they put a lien on our building in a low class move.

I worked for them temporarily in the service department, they will go on roofs and cut holes and create leaks so they can gain more business and give higher estimates for very cheap fixes. Most of the service technicians do drugs on the job as well. Randy the head of the service department garnished half of my last paycheck as well and I believe he put my wages in his own pocket. I had a friend Robert that worked them as well that had just passed away because they fired both of us and he was depressed and took his own life because his life was falling apart. Horrible people and horrible service, very shady people!! If you need a roof repair go to Maxim or CentiMark!

Horrible service, they came to my job and there was a shorter, chubby guy with a Redish Mohawk Cursing in front of my customers while on his step ladder looking for a leak, he was very unprofessional, left a mess on the floor, and also did not have a mask on, when i asked him to put a mask on he said he would but never put one on.. When he was done looking for the leak his partner took their ladder outside and the man also had the nerve to ask me for my personal phone number when I obviously had my wedding ring on, while he was holding up customers in line behind him being a huge inconvenience.. I was made very uncomfortable and our roof is still leaking. We are going to go through a different company next time i highly do not recommend Nations roofing to anyone.! Very rude, sketchy, and unprofessional!!! Zero out of five stars. It was SOO BAD I told my boss if they come back I do not want to be in or around our store. If I recall his name was Doug or Darren or something close to that.. Never again please!
