Mr. Howard was the General Contractor on two projects. One he had an ownership interest in, the other he was GC. He hired the same subcontractor for both. The subcontractor was forced to file a lien for nonpayment. Mr. Howard settled the one that he had an ownership interest in. The one he was GC on, he let the lien get filed. He received the draw money for the work done by he sub and walked from the project entirely.
Installed a rubber roof that was not installed to specs. Insurance adjuster found multiple areas where water was getting under causing leaks. Pretty shady work.
Bryan was great to work with, made the entire process easy, and got the roof replaced very quickly.
