Overall a good store. The staff are extremely nice but you would have to ask for help. But once you get the help, the staff is cool and informative. They did a good job on breaking in my new softball glove. Its ready to be used within minutes. FYI: to get free steaming, you would have to buy a glove that retails $160.
DO NOT GO IN HERE. I got badgered by a teenage associate for taking too long trying on shoes. But I was only in the store for 5 minutes! He told me I needed to try on shoes in another isle so he could vacuum. He then stood over me while I put my shoes back on. It was crazy uncomfortable. I prefer in person shopping rather than online but what kind of customer service insults the customers?
Store Manager John is great. Made a bad situation perfect.
Forget curbside pickup teenagers working are too busy kanoodling to pay attention or care. Disorganized at best.
Great store but seems a bit too laid back when it comes to customer service. I bought 8 golf grips and left my clubs there to be re-gripped. Called 24 hours later to see when I could pick them up and the answer was “haven’t got to them yet hopefully today I can get started on them”. Just poor service
