Spoke with Ric on email regarding availability on my Giant Contend AR 4(I was lucky enough to find one!!) and he and his techs helped me set it up, get it riding and got me fit. They were extremely busy but still helped out in an awesome way. This is a brand new hobby for me and sometimes going into bike shops not knowing anything can be very intimidating. All of them were super helpful and kind and I will be returning for everything else I need!nnAwesome, A+ customer service, thanks guys!
I have been taking my Schwinn, yes I said Schwinn Crisscross to this shop for over 20 years and they have always been professional and responsive. Great turn around times and always thorough work. Shut up and ride!
I was charged $100 for maintenance on my bike. Most competent mechanics could complete this work in 30 minutes. I even supplied my own parts! Brake pads were installed improperly so I had to redo their work. Avoid this business.
They are great. Its so nice to visit a shop that has their ducks in line. Plenty of product in stock. Rick and his staff a re super professional, friendly and know the industry well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Keed it up fellas
Can't say enough about this wonderful bike shop or the knowledgeable, friendly staff who are so willing to help find the right bike or offer solutions to any bike problem you can dream up. During today's visit, I had my bike tuned up while I waited. I didn't expect such quick turnaround time but, then again, this shop never ceases to amaze me. 5 star service on every single visit.
