We had some wind damage and hail damage. I called Gouge Quality Roofing and they were very responsive. Then came the insurance company. They sent out an independent adjuster who was a disaster to us and the John, from Gouge. John held his cool and was very professional to this person who didn't deserve it.nnUltimately, after 3 tries, the insurance company denied our claim. I know others who have used them Gouge Quality Roofing which is why I called them to begin with.nnOur interaction with them was positive and we will use them in the future if need be.nnDC

We've used Gouge quality roofing a few times and have been more than satisfied each time. The staff and quality of work is exceptional, which unfortunately isn't common these days. In our remodeling of houses, Gouge roofing is often the only quality work done by the people we've hired. Breath of fresh air to get what you pay and with great service to boot.
