WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD COSTING US ALMOST $30,000!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CALL THEM!nnWe decided to use Lance roofing for our new home roof inspection. Michel was the sales rep that came out and told us our roof was in EXCELLENT condition as well as the chimney flashing and shingles. Fast forward less than 3 months and our entire roof around our chimney is leaking and caving in and has been for years!!! Called Lance roofing again to have Michael come back to just give me excuses and a poor attitude, call the company to speak to owner about this and asked for a call with him and my boyfriend to discuss work and he never called. Call the company again to get an arrogant Micheal telling us he wasn’t the one who built our chimney and laughing every time my boyfriend tried to speak. Now the owners are involved and came to look at the roof. The owner himself said he would have said the same thing as Michael which is completely insane considering we’ve had 3 other companies come give us estimates and each company says our roof isn’t structurally sound and needs a complete tear off which will cost us around $30,000. Jan, the owner, just simply asks... well what do you want us to do about it? I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH MORE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!

I've had 3 roofing/siding companies out to my house in the 20 years I've lived there and this was by far the best and most professional. They come out when they say they're going to, answere their phones in person, reasonable prices, clean up after themselves. No hassle no fuss. I recommend them and will be using them the next time I need this type of work done. I'm glad I found them.

Totally incompetent and maliciously rude. The most unprofessional. On referral I made a call to Lance Roofing regarding some repairs to gutter/siding on my home. Original appointment was rescheduled and moved a day later. Ok, fine. Next day, Gary arrives to my home 50 minutes prior to the appointment. I work from home. My hands were TIED. I asked Gary to come back at 1pm (the prior agreed upon time) and he said 'forget it'. Called office, scheduled Michael next day at 10 am. Michael was no-call, no-show. Do not waste your time with Lance Roofing & Siding Inc.
