Once they finally arrived to The job site one and a half months after the pre-determined start date they did great work. But then tried to double charge me for the work. Then acted as if nothing had happened when I brought it up. No apology or anything!
We received quotes from 3 different roof repair companies in the Athens area, and Kenny’s business was, by far, the most affordable. My husband and I were very impressed by how efficiently and professionally he and his team handled their work. They were extremely respectful, quick and clean— no nails were left behind at all. At first we hired them to do the roof over our house, and because they did such a great job, we asked them to come back and do our garage too. He and his team were able to complete two separate jobs within three weeks of originally contacting him. Our new roof looks great, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you for everything! We highly recommend.
Like night and day with our new gutters! They came out to give us a quote which ended up being cheaper than we expected and told us that they would schedule us for a week later for the work. They ended up coming over after a job they had finished early and did ours so fast! You wouldn't have even known that they were there with how clean they left everything. I recommend them!
The roof and gutters look great and cleaned up well. Were hard to get a hold of when needed them to fix a slight problem but did come out and fix the problem. Would use them again if needed.
They rely on an answering service, and rarely returned my calls. When Kenny finally did, I had slightly better luck contacting him directly. A crew finally came to repair the roof leak, with the work “fully insured, guaranteed.” My roof still leaked, but Kenny refused to make repairs. Eventually I hired another roofer, who informed me that the Advanced crew had put new shingles over a gap in the roof where the wood was rotted.
