The Inn of Lake George

Cleanest place to stay in Lake George. Breakfast is better than any place offering breakfast in the village. Horst and Barbara have so much local knowledge and make your stay feel like you're at home. The only place I will stay when staying in Lake George.

This is an outstanding Bed and Breakfast - the best I have stayed at. Owner is extremely friendly and wise. She keeps the place clean - that might be an understatement. The place is very clean! Location cannot be beat! Walking distance from the town - no need to bother paying for parking! I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast! We'll be back!

Cozy, extremely clean, quiet B&B right in Lake George village. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. Home cooked breakfast is great and hosts are lovely.

My wife and I spent a few days watching the fall colors and taking in the sights of the Adirondack region. We stayed at The Inn of Lake George and would highly recommend staying there to any travelers. Horst was very nice and accommodating, not to mention a great cook and thoughtful host. The Inn was clean and quiet. It is situated within a very short walking distance to the Lake and downtown area. A very nice stay.
